General Terms and Conditions of the Kaiserhof Ellmau

Directions
Your room will be ready for you from 3pm at the latest on the day of arrival.

Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. If you wish to leave the hotel later, we would happy to store your luggage for you.

Cancellations are always inconvenient - for you as well as for us. We therefore ask for your understanding that room cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Should unrestricted travel be possible, the general Austrian hotel contract conditions apply as follows:

The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival (in peak season periods).
Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival (in low season periods). From 1 month 70% of the booked price and in the last week 90%. In case of early departure we also charge 90%.

We charge €35 per day (without food) and would ask you to please bring your own dog basket or dog blanket with you. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required. Dogs are not allowed in our restaurants, in the bar, in the indoor pool, in the wellness oasis and on the sunbathing lawn. We would also ask you to please keep your dog on a lead in the hotel area - many THANKS for your cooperation.

(staying in parents' apartment as the 3rd or additional person)

Summer:

• 0 - 6 years: 100%
• 7 - 12 years: 50%
• from 13 years: 30%

Winter:

• 0 - 3 years: 100%
• 4 - 7 years: 60%
• 8 - 12 years: 50%
• from 13 years: 30%

Summer 2025: Friday - Sunday + €15 per person and night
Winter 2024/2025: Friday - Sunday + €20 per person and night

For short bookings, we are not able to guarantee room categories in every case. Thank you for understanding.

In the amount of €2.50 per person and day generally has to be added (from the age of 15 years). Starting from May 1, 2025, the local tax will be €2.60 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and older) in accordance with the Minimum Overnight Tax Act.

Reduction for bed and breakfast €20 per person and night.

We reward cash payers... If you pay your hotel bill in cash, you will receive a voucher of €35 upon arrival which you can redeem against a treatment in our beauty farm.

However, we also accept EC cards (A, D and NL) or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express).
