In our ‘Kulinarium’ restaurant we always want to surpass ourselves: to cook and create the special in an even more delightfully refined way until we taste and see: Yes, that's it!

Our multi-award-winning culinary team, under the direction of Günter Lampert and David Wagger, creates delicious 5-course menus in the ‘Kulinarium 2.0’ restaurant - for gourmets from the region as well as for guests of our gourmet hotel.

The Kulinarium restaurant is way up there in terms of altitude and awards for our culinary team. Yet, thoroughly honest cuisine is our basis. Our kitchen, under the leadership of Patron & Head Chef Günter Lampert, has always been in the top culinary league. Together with our new Head Chef David Wagger and the entire kitchen team, he develops epicurean ideas for our Kulinarium 2.0 restaurant.
