Our multi-award-winning culinary team, under the direction of Günter Lampert and David Wagger, creates delicious 5-course menus in the ‘Kulinarium 2.0’ restaurant - for gourmets from the region as well as for guests of our gourmet hotel.

Kulinarium 2.0
The Kulinarium restaurant is way up there in terms of altitude and awards for our culinary team. Yet, thoroughly honest cuisine is our basis. We wish to stand out solely on the basis of our quality and our creativity. Flavors that dance upon the palate, derived from the essence of local ingredients, kissed by a unique flair, emanating from our gourmet kitchen.

Our kitchen, under the leadership of Patron & Head Chef Günter Lampert, has always been in the top culinary league. Together with our new Head Chef David Wagger and the entire kitchen team, he develops epicurean ideas for our Kulinarium 2.0 restaurant.
These are then presented on the plate as completed works.
Those who ask our Certified Sommelier Karl Rotheneder for his expert advice will immediately sense that he is in his element. In the ‘Kulinarium’ restaurant, he enthusiastically advises our guests on their wines selection.
