Sophisticated Kitzbühel

From the Kaiserhof you’ll have a good view of the Kitzbühel Alps. Kitzbühel, the so-called ‘town of the chamois’, is close-by and impresses with cultural highlights and a charming old town in addition to its sports programme, such as the annual Hahnenkamm ski race.

The Alfons Walde Collection, housed in the Kitzbühel Museum features famous paintings such as "Almen im Schnee", "Auracher Kirchl" or "Aufstieg", which have played a major role in shaping the image of Tyrol as a snow-covered mountain region.

Internationally acclaimed opera stars, such as Elīna Garanča, perform at the Kitzbühel Summer Concerts or Classical Music in the Alps. And the Christmas market in the city centre enchants young and old with its dreamy wintry atmosphere.

The spectrum of music and literature ranges from classical to modern and avant-garde, from OperettenSommer Kufstein, Kufstein Unlimited or literature festival glück.tage Kufsteinerland.

Nestled between the Nordkette and the Patscherkofel, the Alpine city of Innsbruck offers a wealth of sights: Innsbruck's landmark, the Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, the Court Church and Court Gardens as well as Ambras Castle and the Bergisel ski jump.

Charming Rattenberg

True to the saying ‘small is beautiful’, Rattenberg, Austria's smallest town with just under 500 inhabitants, offers a varied cultural and leisure programme. Experience the medieval pedestrian zone with its numerous shops selling Tyrolean glass art and crafts, exquisite boutique fashion or the famous Augustiner Museum.

The ‘Schlossberg’ (castle mount) offers a magnificent view of the city, the Inn River and the Tyrolean mountains and, of course, the cultural highlight is the ‘Schlossbergspiele’ (theatre festival). Last but not least, in winter, the town also offers an attractive Advent event - Rattenberg Advent - set in the wintry medieval charm.
