Our hotel is based on a deep sense of responsibility towards the environment and society. We are aware of the challenge of minimising negative impacts on the environment and making a positive contribution to the community. For this reason, we developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy that has been integrated into all our activities and decisions.

Energy-conscious

We purchase green electricity from renewable energy sources. Thanks to heat recovery in the swimming pools, we are able to save a particularly large amount of energy, while the e-charging stations in the hotel's own underground car park perfectly combine comfort and environmental awareness.

We offer shuttle services in Ellmau at certain times. In the region, our guests use public transport free of charge with our guest card. And rail travellers can opt for ‘Getting here the green way’

Quality of life

Region Wilder Kaiser

Out of respect for nature and creation, sustainability has a high priority in our company. Our kitchen team focuses on quality-conscious regional products. We have healthy Kaiserwasser (vitalised water) in the hotel and you can help yourself to it at the dispenser in reception. The ‘Quality of Life at the Wilder Kaiser’ project was launched in cooperation with the Wilder Kaiser Tourism Association, the various tourism stakeholders, community representatives and the local population in order to actively integrate the needs of all the stakeholders into tourism activities...
