Sunday: Arrive & let go
16:00 - 17:30: Gentle evening yoga practice
Focus: slowing down, getting to know each other and consciously deciding which old habits or energies can be let go.
Monday: Transformation through movement
14:30 - 15:30: Dynamic yoga practice
Focus: twisting postures and hip openings to gently detoxify the body and initiate transformation.
Tuesday: Morning focus & energy building
08:00 - 08:30: Meditation
Focus: Centering and setting intention for the day.
08:30 - 09:30: Strengthening yoga practice
Focus: Activation of vital energy and strengthening.
Wednesday: Departure into the new
14:30 - 15:30: Heart-opening yoga practice
Focus: Gaining confidence and opening up to new things.
Thursday: Closing with intention
Sunrise hike: Experience nature and conscious goal setting.
Cocoa ritual: heart opening and conscious connection with personal intentions.
Outdoor yoga (weather permitting): Connection of body, mind and nature for a powerful new beginning.
Additional highlights:
Healthy eating and detox shakes to support gentle detoxification.
