Our à la carte restaurant “Kulinarium“ has long-since been a center of attraction for visitors from the region who travel to the Kaiserhof to enjoy Günter Lampert’s award-winning cuisine

Our award-winning kitchen team, headed by Günter Lampert, serves you finest delicacies as part of six-course menus. Look forward to culinary highlights in your gourmet hotel in Tyrol! Of course, our hotel guests also have the opportunity to dine à la carte anytime.

Opening hours: Wednesdays to Saturdays from 6 p.m. (during the season). Please book your table in advance to avoid disappointment: +43 (0) 5358 – 20 22, or info@kaiserhof-ellmau.at. Our hotel shuttle bus takes you from Ellmau to the Kaiserhof and back. Please pre-order your seat in good time.

A good day starts with a Kaiser breakfast!

Enjoy your breakfast in one of our cosy restaurant rooms or on our panorama terrace in summertime. Our breakfast buffet includes:

  • high quality fruit and vegetable juices, coffee, prosecco, whey drinks, exclusive tea bar
  • homemade jams and spreads, Tyrolean cheese and sausage specialities, fresh pastries
  • salmon and antipasti
  • large selection (10 varieties min.) of fresh fruits – extraordinary and exotic
  • large selection of cereals, best homemade muesli, fruit salads, yogurt, dried fruits and nuts

Our breakfast menu additionally includes

Breakfast times: Monday – Sunday 7.30 – 10.30 a.m. (during the season)
